The hinring process is long and automatically with psychological tests. After the assessment (90 min) and a few of emails, they have disappeared, without saying nothing and close my hiring process.

The interview process was fairly straightforward. It started with an initial conversation with the recruiter to discuss my background, experience, and interest in the role. After that, I had a conversation with the hiring manager, where we went deeper into my previous experience, how I approach client relationships, campaign performance, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
