Hiring manager screens were good. Duration of my interview was 2.5 hrs and met great team members across talent. Our discussion was surrounding coordination, scheduling experience, and project management. Huge focus in candidate experience.

I interviewed through a staffing agency and accepted a contractor position as a recruiting coordinator. After about 9 months, I interviewed for a full time position at Amazon and met with 4-5 interviewers. Each interview was about 30- 45 minutes.
