I went very smooth. the interviewer was very friendly and comfortable to talk. it was like a conference bridge and interview in that meeting only. Everything went well nothing to worry and get anxious about.

It's basically like a JAM session for us (HR round), it varies from interviewer to interviewer. Some random topic will be given and you have to speak about it. They will basically see our communication that's it.
First they say all the details.After that they started taking one by one interview
where the first question is introduce yourself then i introduce myself and after that why you want to join BPO.

HR was good. Asked only one question. Everyone has to reply ,in english for atleast 2 minutes. Didn't ask anything else. Experience was good. Average level of interview. After getting answers he would tell to leave the meeting and say you will be replied in 24 hours.

Amazon vcs campus Hiring (2025) Kolkata was totally for show of they conducted Campus hiring exam in our college that was of worst quality. They conducted the shittest type of interview between 250 students and selected somewhere in between 0 😂 yeah that's the reality these types of exam gives you only self doubt.
