Different questions based on Amazon Leadership Principles, all to be answered with the STAR method, and some difficult conversation examples and how to face it. This process was repeated four times with four different interviewers.

Entrevista
Very straightforward and standard interview. Met with two managers and they were able to answer my questions regarding the position. Decided to decline due to another opportunity but would recommend.

Entrevista
Me candidatei atraves do site oficial e recebi um email para participar do processo seletivo. Eles possuem toda semana um horario cm um recrutador, tipo um curso preparatório para a entrevista, achei mto legal. A entrevista foi conduzida na metodologia Star e de acordo com os princípios de liderança da amazon, o q achei bastante interessante também. Fiz 3 entrevistas, uma com o pessoal de treinamento, outra com uma pessoa com o cargo similiar, e a final com o gerente.
