The interview process was fully based on the leadership principles. Its started with a self introduction and they review and ask questions about your previous roles and responsibilities from your resume and also the situation that you faced while handling different projects and will expect you to answer with the hint of leadership skill principle you applied to overcome the difficulties in S.T.A.R method.
