1. HR called for interest and background verification 2. Had two Phone Screens, both of which asked for resume walkthrough and why Amazon/this role. Was also asked about past experience related to this job 3. Had 5 interviews in a row on the Super Day. 100% behavioral questions.

You are shortlisted for the phone screen with the hiring manager / HR - and if succesful, you will be required to go for on site interview x5 with a range of interviewers, to assess your skills and experience, related with the role and Amazon LPs.

Tell me about a time when the business/your customer gained something because you persisted for a long time. (STAR method answer expected)
Very smooth but long, you should really focus on Amazon's Leadership Principles to prepare for your interview. Prepare examples following the STAR methodology and you should be fine. The panel interview is quite hard, I would advice do it over 2 days instead of 1.
