The interview process started Initially with an online quiz of 20 minutes. One or two weeks later, this was followed by an interview with an operation supervisor at the job location. Questions were mainly focused on the STAR method.

30 minute interview with relevant interviewer from job scope. Short introduction from interviewer, and also expect an introduction of yourself. Questions are based on Leadership Principles and answer them based on STAR method.
