Way too rigorous and computer driven, seems like they lack the human approach and prefer a generative AI individual. The feedback is awful as it doesn't provide feedback on your strengths and weaknesses.

Phone interview. The recruiter who approached me via Linkedin did not tell that the interview will be purely technical. I received overwhelming amount of information abut the company principles and behaviour questions, but none of this was useful for the interview.
