I applied online. They hire in bulk. Received an email within 2 weeks. Went to an "interview" where there were 20 other people in a room, they conducted a drug test, took our badge pictures, and proceeded with orientation.

Was bare minimum. Just applied for the job through the app and then had to shore up to do the drug test. It was the easiest job applying experience I have ever had

Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
