It went fairly good. They asked standard interview questions. It was held in one of their newer buildings. We got to see how the warehouse looked and went through security going in and out of the building. It took approximately 2 hours for the whole interview/drug testing to be complete.

Can you lift 50 lbs? Are you okay standing 10+ hours? Are you eligible to work in the country? Are you willing to work flexible hours, nights, or weekends? Work style assessment: Questions about how you work in teams, follow rules, stay on task, etc. Situational judgment test: How you would respond in workplace situations (e.g., handling a missing item or working under pressure).
