il primo step avviene mandando un video registrato tramite piattaforma. Secondo step colloquio in distance di un'ora con due recruiters amazon. Processo molto veloce, il feedback è arrivato a poche ore di distanza dal secondo colloquio mentre l'offerta già il giorno successivo.

Domande a cui rispondere usando il metodo STAR, il loro focus (da ciò che ho percepito) è quello di trovare candidati con caratteristiche interpersonali che rispecchiano i principi di Amazon.
It was CV screening then numerical and logical reasoning test followed by a couple of interviews, all based on amazon leadership principles, they have 16 principles and they asked 4-6 questions in total, every question covered one principle

Very nice interview process. the recruiters were helpful and kind. All the questions that were administered were regarding the leadership principles of Amazon, which shows how much the company is committed to its culture and standards. Was very happy with the interview process
