Very unusual, very impersonal. Consisted of 2 stages of mini games then to film myself answering interview questions. I decided not to proceed after this step as it felt very impersonal, making me feel like amother number.

Really quite simple. You fill out an application form like normal and then are given a link to fill out some sort of assessment. I don't know what happened next since I was unsuccessful.
