Long winded, multi-stage process. Asked for an entire pitch deck to be created including graphic mock ups, storyboards, rough cut video etc. Unrealistic ask for an unpaid task. Several cancelled appointments from their end due to "scheduling" issues. Seemed like a bullet dodged,

The interview process was very long. Took course over three months. Included an in-person aspect. Amazon is famous for having a bar-raiser, so expect someone in the interview to poke holes in everything you say.

7 Steps, very lengthy and 2 of them took all day.
You must answer in a STAR response, and I had to talk to people from different offices and departments that have no impact on my actual job function.
