Entrevista
There are two main interviews. The first one is 45 minutes long and the second one is 3 hours long with 3 different people. The interviews are all of the same type, with two types of questions: basic math questions and Leadership Principles questions. LP questions are about 75% of all the questions.

Participated in 3 online interviews with different personnel. Focused on past situations regarding decision making, problem solving and interpersonal skills. The interviewers asked questions and I had to answer using the STAR Method. In the final interview, analitical skills were requiered.
