Interview was mainly conducted in the STAR format taking into consideration how well you fit with amazon’s leadership principles. On-site was a bit exhausting. You have to continuously talk with your lunch buddy when you want a break and eat in peace.

Online test screening first before proceeding. The next round is a phone call interview that focuses on core values and behavioral questions around them. Not really role specific and very generic
3 interviews, the last round being a number of interviews equally to the level of the role hired for. The people made you feel welcome and comfortable. The examples were questioned quite a bit to a granular level.
