Online assessments only. You send in your resume and if you are a match they send you two rounds of assessments and questions. The assessments entail timed questions that require active listening skills, typing skills, reading skills, and excellent reading competency.

They assessed active listening skills and competency through online simulations that were similar to daily work flow in the role. So for example, they make you listen to a call and update a user account at the same time, while paying attention to your phone queue. There were a lot of timed questions where attention to detail is required. Actually can be kind of fun.
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
1 Phone screen, 4 loops of behavioral interviews. A bar raiser is involved in one of the 4 loops. They respond back in the same week regarding the next steps / feedback
