Entrevista
It was an extremely long process that took over 6 months. In total I had 9 separate conversations. Afterwards the hiring manager told me he liked me a lot and wanted to move forward with me but that other people in the final round disagreed.
I prepared extensively for the STAR questions and hired an interview coach as well. All in all, it was a long, tiring, and frustrating process.

Tell me about a time when you had to communicate a change in direction that you anticipated people would have concerns with?
I got contacted by a recruiter and then one interview with the hiring manager! That was really it because they were rushing to place someone, super quick and took about 2 weeks total.

I only got through to the first stage, where my experience didn't quite match what they were looking for. The next stage was a meeting with someone from their Sales department, and then there is a take-home task, followed by review and further interviews with more senior staff.

There are four to five interviews for sales. The first is with recruiter it is a phone interview, the video/ in person with the hiring manager, panel of individuals a peer , a leader within the segment, and another leader out of the segment with an Essay
