Entrevista
First we had a psychometric test and then we were short listed for the interviews. Interviews were online and had 2 rounds. First round of interviews filtered out candidates for the final round. I was selected for both rounds. In both rounds questions from resume were asked. Focus was on leadership principles and ability to tell your experiences in a structured way.

Amazon’s interview process includes an online application, online assessments, phone or virtual interviews, and final interviews assessing leadership principles, also technical skills, and role fit using behavioral and situational questions

Behavioral Question that tests your communication skills
The interview process was really structured. It gives the opportunity to prepare well for the interviews and the interview itself was really interesting. The interviewers were really kind and interested and it did not give me the feeling of an actual interview. Preparing examples for the amazon principles and having notes to answer the questions with the STAR method helps a lot.
