Two 45-minute behavioral rounds were assessing alignment with Amazon's leadership principles. The STAR method is imperative as they value structured answers that are easy to follow, The interviewers do their best to give you enough time to think of an answer and are willing to repeat the question.

Quite easy and straightforward - got fast tracked through MLT but still did all rounds. Process was very clear from start to finish. Got an offer and they were quite firm about salary.
