I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn who set me up with an online assessment. The assessment consisted of 2 code challenges on HackerRankj, about 2 hours of questionnaires, and a "day in the life of an SDE" style online assessment. I was informed a few days later that I had passed the assessment and scheduled for three one-hour interviews. The first interview was technical and consisted of 3 code questions in a virtual whiteboard setting. The second interview was entirely behavioral and consisted of questions designed to assess how I fit in with Amazon's leadership principles. The third interview was a hybrid with one OOP/Design question and several additional behavioral questions. About 3 days later, I was send an email informing me that they decided not to move forward with my application. They provide ZERO feedback at any stage, which is highly frustrating. The interviewers all seemed to like me and while the code questions weren't incredibly easy, I was able to answer all of them within the parameters asked of me. Not sure why I didn't get a second pass.
