There were two back-to-back interviews. The questions were mostly behavioral, asking about teamwork, time management, leadership, and Amazon's principles and values. The interviewer gave you scenarios, and you had to answer based on what was mentioned above.

during the entire process there was about 2 to 3 people that I interviewed with, focus on understanding importance of working with associates and psychological safety. not too in-depth on specific concepts but rather more behavioral.
