Processo troppo lungo e si basa tutto sulla conoscenza del loro concetto di leadership. Durante il colloquio verrà richiesta la conoscenza approfondita di questo loro elemento fondamentale. Il materiale fornito online mi è risultato ripetitivo e a volte confusionale. Il colloquio avviene con 3 persone diverse, ognuno di essi ti chiederà un elemento riguardante la leadership.
