Entrevista
Fueron todas online. Primero te hacen una entrevista de unos 30 a 45 minutos en donde comentas un poco tu experiencia laboral y por qué quieres trabajar en Amazon o ese puesto. Te hacen alguna pregunta de leadership principles. Luego puedes pasar a la siguiente fase en la que te hacen 2 o 3 entrevistas.

Te preguntan sobre tu experiencia laboral en situaciones concretas y te lo relacionan con los leadership principles.
first assesment on the website, then two interviews online (one right after the other one) with the Shift manager and Ops manager for the role. They have 2 principles each (from amazon principles) and ask STAR questions about the principles.

Entrevista
Was seamless, but long and arduous. Made the requirements for each round very clear, although should have specified the experience requirement more strictly in the Job Description. The interviewers were friendly and easy to approach as well, making sure the entire round of interviews is a bit stress-free
