They send you around 8 different documents to review for your first interview. These documents include questions to be prepared for, white paper on their vision statement and value and a couple on their leadership principles. I prepared throughly for the questions they were going to ask and they didn't ask one single question on papers they sent or ask anything about the leadership principles. The interviewer had no energy and was tough to hear.
