2 back to back 1 on 1 interviews with an area manager. Ensure you use STAR method when answering questions, as all were behavioral based. Be certain on every single one of the leadership principles as they are looking to see if you show these principles through your experiences. My interviewers were very nice and made me feel comfortable. Have plenty of experiences to reference of times you stepped up. they want to know that you are a leader and can communicate. most importantly, be confident! if you show them you have the principles they are looking for, you should get offered. practice answering questions out loud or with a friend before the interview.
