One sided, Interrupted me nonstop. I feel like they take it too far for hiring someone. The jobs are not difficult but they are offered that way. Interview last about an hour. Once you are done you really are clueless on how you did.

Lots of preparation needed but good for self reflection. Required to take a test and have multiple screenings before loop interview. STAR method advised when answering questions and lots of preparation tools given ahead of loop.

Entrevista
Four one hour interviews back to back. Questions about their leadership principles in each one. Quite disorganized, as the interviewers didn’t know what role I was interviewing for. Some awkward interviewers but the second half of them were much better. One interview with two people, one of them qualifying to become an interviewer.
Phone interview with 2 members of the team hiring for the role. First 10 minutes of the call they were describing the role and it was significantly different than how it was defined in the job description.
