Multiple technical phone screens, then a behavioral phone screen. I didn't make it to the next step which would have been an onsite 5-6 hour session. The whole process was very vague, tightly controlled. As an example I was never given any interviewers last names or contact info. It is against their company policy to give you feedback as to how your interviews went. They also were not willing to tell my why I was not selected. They would not discuss compensation ranges prior to phone screens. Very non-transparent and robotic process. The process was unnecessarily drawn out between phone screens.
