Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Amazon (Bengaluru) em jan. de 2025
Entrevista
The Amazon Product Manager interview process typically includes a recruiter screen, one or two phone interviews focused on product sense and leadership principles, followed by an on-site or virtual "Loop" with 4–5 interviewers. Each round dives deep into Amazon’s 16 Leadership Principles, testing your ability to drive product strategy, customer obsession, and execution. You may also face a case study or written exercise depending on the level.

Pergunta 1
One of the most common and impactful questions Amazon asks Product Manager candidates is:
“Tell me about a time you had to make a difficult product decision with limited data.”
This question tests multiple Leadership Principles at once—Bias for Action, Dive Deep, and Are Right, A Lot—and gives insight into how you navigate ambiguity, prioritize, and take ownership under pressure.
First I passed the assessment its not an easy one, next step is phone screen 1 hour interview, my recruiter shared helpful information; connect 12 LP's to your work examples using a STAR method, 2-3 examples per LP.
Process was relatively straight forward, I didn’t make it to the loop. What I can tell you is the recruiter will be overly excited about you as they are with all candidates. They’ll tell you, you can expect to hear back in two days for feedback. Truth is, if they reject you then you will not hear back within 2 days it will be more like a week. Silence means you aren’t getting the job, they’re very binary.

When did you make a choice no one asked you for? Why?
Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Amazon (Luxemburgo).

Good interview, reached the marathon loop of interviews. It was intense and quite focused on STAR stories obviously. Got some nice feedbacks as well to improve in case I managed to get another interview in a few months
