The HR representative introduced the company and asked about my background, education, and experience in IT support. I spoke about my current role at Incresol Inc. and how I troubleshoot hardware/software issues, handle ticketing systems, and assist users remotely and onsite. I was also asked about my willingness to relocate, work authorization, and availability.

Bello, colloquio suddiviso in 3 fasi. Tosto ma interessante, anche se potrebbero svolgere la terza fase dal vivo anziché online. Comunque bella esperienza, mi sarebbe piaciuto essere stata assunta in questa azienda.
3 runde Interview ,ein technisch und zudem ein persönliches kennenlernen,mit 3 unterschiedlichen Interviewer.Hat gut geklappt.Die Technischen sowie persönlichen Fragen wurden gestellt.Es war durchschnittlich interview .Die Fragen über Tcp /ip modell,switch vs Router,LAN ,VLAN etz
