The interview included 3 steps. 1st test is versant text i.e., english written test and 2nd text is english speaking test. And the last HR round. The interview process is easy if you are good at english language. They basically focus on our speed. The HR asked basic questions like how do we face challenges in our life, about our strengths and weakness.

The interview was conducted by another associate, so I did not feel a strong sense of continuity in the process at first. However, I appreciated that he clearly explained that his role was mainly to gather information and pass it along to HR.

Online Assessment with versent test. After getting selected, a interview was scheduled at Amazon. It takes lots of time. Once you complete the assessment, and it was successful, you can get interview in 30 days
