The position asked for 0-2 years of experience. I'm a BootCamp grad with only 5 month of internship experience. The interview was straightforward and had 2 steps, the first one was a half an hour phone call asking about my background, behavioral and some OOP concept questions. The second one was a 2.5 hour of interview in 4 different parts, a.company introduction, b. 1 to 1 interview asking about my background and projects in detail and some behavioral, c. A panel interview asking some programming questions and behavioral questions, d. Q&A session at the end The interview team were nice and I got a good vibe from them and I believe I did really good in the interviews. But! the recruiter who was in charge for this position didn't answer any emails from me asking about what I should get prepared for the interview and so on. After interview she never answered any email either which is very unprofessional for this type of company. I wasn't a random person emailing her, I was an actual candidate asking about the process and it was her job to answer my email! I received a phone call a week later told me it seemed I was more advance for this position!! and if I wanted to get consider for a higher position which was not available at that time. I said I think as a new grad I preferred to stay at this position and receive more support and training. A the end, after 3 weeks of waiting I got a rejection. After a month, I saw 2 job openings for a junior level position, I applied, send emails to the recruiter and remind her about the situation, again heard nothing from her, and got rejection emails. Overall, the company seems a good place to work but that specific recruiter didn't work professionally.
