Interview process was a direct F2F with local candidates from Pune. It was scheduled at 2 PM. I reached there 40 minutes before however had to wait for close to 4 hour for an interview opportunity with the panel. HR coordinator and desk executive were pleasant and religiously tried to notify the panel, however there seemed to be an internal communication problem. Finally when I insisted they call me the next day (which i wouldnot have appeared again ofcourse considering negative candidate experience from a future employee) the interview commenced.
