After online application, HR contacted directly to set a first short phone discussion. Very positive feedback as background/experience was fitting role (very specific), but after total silent/ghosting, then an email with 1 sentence mentioning this won't work. Asked to get more details to understand and improve myself, no feedback. Position continues to go on/off with new job alert on social medias for the last 8/9 months.
