Standard process with HR screening, one interview, one business case. Was told that the next step would be an interview with a same-level colleague within a week. After being ghosted for three weeks and sending two followups to the interviewer, the HR associate emailed me saying that they went with someone else. The interviews were thorough and constructive, but the followup was poor and left a bad impression.
