The recruiter was very professional. First, I was contacted via e-mail, then was scheduled for a 30-minute telephone interview. I was then passed on to the next step which was a 2-hour math and reading comprehension exam to take on my own time. The test was in SAT format, timed, and challenging. In this case, the job was not suited for me, but the test results (I passed) are now on file and I won't have to take it again for future job posts. If I had pursued the position, the next step would be to interview face-to-face with the hiring manager.

I was scheduled for four rounds of interviews. Two were behavioral, all 30 minutes each and virtual. Everyone was friendly and understanding that four rounds is quite a bit in one day.
