Entrevista
-A brief behavioural based interview.
-Asked numerous introspective questions
-Interviewer was patient with personal recollection and time to formulate proper answers
-Interviewer didn't seem as concerned by the accuracy of the answer but more of what I learned in the process
-The hardest part was not knowing which question was coming next, so that I could think ahead to a memory or situation which would be pertenant to the upcoming question; as most of the questions were about what happened in the past, etc.

Entrevista
Interview process was thorough consisting of three interviews. I was offered a position following the third interview. Cargill interviewers questions about my skills. All three interviews were with male faculty involved.

Then Hr reach out for behavioural questions
Then 3 different meetings: hiring manager, other stakeholders. Questions between behavioural and competency

Entrevista
They asked mostly behavioral type questions and last maybe 15 minutes. They were pretty laid back and weren't intimidating. Most of the questions were the same or similar and they just changed the wording a little.
