Applied in early December and didn't hear back about a first-round interview until late Dec, early January. Had a phone interview with with a very kind person from HR, then a few days later was invited for a second round of interviews. This time, the interviewers were 2 people from the team who asked about background, creative philosophy, etc. A few days later invited for another round of 2, back-to-back interviews. First of these was with 2 interviewers, and the second was with 1 interviewer. Received an offer the next day! My whole process involved a nice mix of people from across disciplines/levels of leadership and management. Some questions took me a bit by surprise, but it was an illuminating and enjoyable process.
