Entrevista
Started out with a phone screening from HR, another phone screening from the Controller. After about a week or so I received a call to meet with the Hiring Manager and the team.
It was a panel interview with the hiring manager and two of the accountants on the team.It lasted about 2 hours and said that they still had other candidates to interview but will follow up with next steps.
After about 3+ months I received a call from HR with the offer.

Entrevista
phone screen was conducted from another country even though I applied within the U.S. for a U.S. based job. The interviewer was 20 minutes late, difficult to understand and hung up on me in the middle of a question. Very unprofessional. This experience influenced me NOT to apply for more jobs at this company.
