There was a first screening with HR, and a physical interview with 2 hiring managers (the department has 3 managers in total) and the head of department. They were easy going, but to my surprise, 2 of the people were connected online even though they explicitly asked me to go to the office for the interview. Only one of them was physically there, which made me extremely angry. Why ask people to go to the office when you don´t? Two weeks after the interview, which went well, they told me they hired someone else but they had another vacant for the same position open. When they sent me the invitation with the details, I saw that the role was Customer Service Representative, had different responsabilities and it was limited to 6 months (which differs from the original position, which was unlimited time). When I asked them about this, I felt they were lying to me and trying to trick me into something completely different.
