Interview had two assessment rounds and one interview. 1st round was Versant Test ( English test) and the other was typing test. Interview was based on technical support like why do you want to join, how will you handle angry customer.
Tech support virtual interview and writing assessment, English fluency typing and recorded virtual interview. It was a good experience until now I hope I can get into the next rounds.

It was fun and okay overall, but it felt repetitive after a while. The experience mainly consisted of the usual, typical call center questions, making it less engaging than expected.

Online video submission, asked a couple of questions. The most difficult part was the intensive background check that came after. But due to the nature of the work it is understandable.
