It was nice and easy
Interview was for one hour approximately and I was asked a lot of situation based questions which I answer based on Star approach.
The whole process was around the behaviour such as how I deal in certain situations and how I handle the difficult situations and customers.

Se me llamó para hacer una entrevista de 30 minutos dónde se me preguntó sobre como aprendí inglés, el sueldo que esperaba y el horario que estaba esperando, para después pasar com una mánager que me preguntó cosas como mis planes de estudios, como reaccionaria bajo presión o enojo, sobre mis hobbies, etc.
