There were totally 5 rounds. 1st round was H.R. where in the H.R. asks you to introduce yourself and everything listed on your c.v. Be confident and have valid answers for everything that you share on your c.v. If H.R. feels you can go ahead, they will arrange for next round which will be IVR call. You will be asked to speak a few sentences as given/mentioned, few sentences to repeat after listening to the IVR, then finally will be asked to speak on any given topic for about a minute. Basically they would be checking for grammar, proper pronunciation and sentence construction. The next round would be basically a mock call. You'll be asked to repeat a few sentences being spoken by the recruiter, then they give you few topics to speak on and roleplaying such as customer care executives. Again here the above mentioned things will be assessed. Be sure to throw some good 5-6 hard-core words. They will get impressed. Next round will judge your aptitude, logical reasoning, grammar and semi tech based on multiple choice questions. Its pretty much easy. It shouldn't be a problem to clear. After finishing this there would be a Op's round where round 1 is repeated but in brief. The key is to be confident and not to hesitate on answering. Make sure no matter what, do not ask anything. Just say you are ready for everything as in like night shifts, no leaves in near future and so on. Although I cleared all the rounds and was handed the offer letter I thought the whole process was very lenghty in terms of time. Almost went on for 8 hours.

First round was the Amcat test where we need to take the communication assessment and then after clearing the communication assessment there will be Hr interview they will ask the basic HR questions
