SVAR, Initial Interview, Online Exam, Final Interview. Initial interview comprised of the basic interview questions, SVAR was composed of 6 parts (Speaking, Vocabulary, Grammar, Spontaneous Speaking). Online exam was a series of tests for email construction, logic, etc.
