An initial telephone conversation with the Talent Acquisition Manager, which lasted about 20 minutes. I was then invited to meet in person two mid-management team members, which was a very pleasant hour. I was invted back the following week for a face-to-face interview with two senior managers. Again, a very pleasant experience. I didn't get the job, which I am great shame, because I really enjoyed the business, the people and the cuture. However, I was very happy with the very warm welcome I experienced at each point.
