Entrevista
Seleção bem objetiva e realizada em um único dia; teste normal com avaliação de conhecimentos básicos, como português e matemática, testes de QI. Porém aguardei meses que nem me lembrava mais do processo que tinha feito.

Pergunta 1
Entrevista longa, com muitas perguntas desnecessárias, como por exemplo: "O que você diria ao cliente nesta situação?", sendo que, na minha opinião, a resposta dever ser de acordo com a política da empresa e não o que eu achava. Perguntas desse tipo deveriam ser feitas em feedback à colaboradores.

Entrevista
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.

They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
