It takes at least a month before you start working. Not worth the wait. By the time the acknowledge your application and you go through the interview process a month or longer has gone by. They also require a background check.

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
