The interview started by the operational manager went on ask about our personal info first and later he asked about why you choose to be telecaller. it was a good experience to be asked particular questions about the role we applied and about the company and why we had to choose that company.

The interview process at Concentrix was simple and smooth. First, there was a basic HR round where they asked about my introduction, communication skills, and willingness to work in voice process. Then, a few general questions were asked. The interviewer was friendly, and the overall experience was easy and comfortable.”

The interview has 3 rounds 1 is HR briefing and 2nd round will be Test once clearing the test there will be last round which is Manager round once this is cleared you will get the offer letter
