First was hr round general screening about yourself , job description, relocation issues Second was technical in which asked about financial projections how to do it. Budgets and forecast dufference. What is variance analysis Second round was director round focussed on basic accounting concepts, journals , revenue recognition.

I got to know that walk ins are going on...so I went there. I waited for the whole day.. My turn came at around 4.00 in the evening. Only one round took place on that day- Round 1- with HR...she was very busy that day...she was having headache too....I know all these things because this is something that she told me....she just asked about myself...my family background....my salary expectation...then she shortlisted me for another round of interview which was supposed to take place in next week. Round 2- when I appeared on this day for second round of interview....she asked me to give Interview for Taxation profile because she said they want candidates on urgent basis in Taxation Profile....so I was not interviewed for FPNA profile...rather I was interviewed for Taxation profile....at the end the person who took my interview told me that they are looking for an experienced candidate who has handled some other sort of work..and you are a CA Fresher who has never handled the sort of work that we are looking for.....we will get back to you!
