Very nice to attend the interview. Language will give extra advantage. There will be three levels of interview. First HR round, second language round, third round for Program Operations manager

Entrevista
The interview process was done online. We were told wait. We waited for over 2 hours without being checked. When it was my turn, the interviewer just asked random questions and were told to wait for their call.
Approximately four (4) week process with various interviews and English proficiency tests. The most important factor is having medium
proficiency of the language, as training is given accordingly. Previous experience is valued as well but it’s not required.
