It was only a 1 day process, I was interviewed initially at a job fair and they had a ride to go to the site for the rest of the process which was paid for by the company. After taking the assessment, I was able to go through a mock exam and by the end of the day I did a contract signing. My start date was exactly the next day after signing my contract.

It was not easy. It went for around 53 minutes. The interviewer was really friendly. He started with basic introductory question and that the level of hardness got increased for the question. Although I didnt get selected, I learnt alot.
